We spent the majority of our time, out there. The roll down shades are great when the sun is starting to go down and there’s fans out there too. The kids loved the sand area by the dock. This home/host thought of every little thing from sand toys, to a kitchen stocked with spices, coffee, dish soap, baggies, trash bags, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the showers, and even bath tissue, several rolls. Our stay at the home was wonderful. The location was lovely - so many birds and wildlife- we even saw a pair of otters swimming in the lake right outside our back patio. The accommodations were lovely and our host, Stephanie, was very helpful with the couple requests we made. I would definitely recommend this property owner host. ##### Deborah E. All the cousins got to sleep in one room together, all the grown-ups got their own space, and the screened in back patio was the perfect place to hang out after the kids went to bed. I had high hopes for this rental for a family reunion and it did not disappoint one bit! Every detail about this home was perfect. From the multiple beds and "hang out" spaces to the "sandy beach" for the kids to play. From the stocked kitchen for cooking to the outdoor areas. I wish we were still there enjoying our vacation because Peyton's Patio and the host Stephanie made our stay so amazing! Throughout the whole process she was so responsive and answered all questions we had. We were able to rent a pontoon boat and pull it up right to the dock, grill outside and just live on that screened in porch. Our stay was the best.
