Sullivans Island offers pristine beaches and top-notch restaurants that range from casual cafes to upscale culinary experiences. It is just a short stroll to the beach and a quick drive to all the surrounding destinations such as Downtown Charleston. Taking a tour inside you will find a new renovated and well-stocked Kitchen. The large dining room and living room are a warm and comfortable gathering place for family and friends. The first level primary suite features a king bed and spacious bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower. The double glass doors lead to the screened porch and outdoor deck. Lots of opportunity for sunbathing and outdoor living with a large Saltwater Pool, separate Hot Tub, outdoor grill, and chaise loungers. Up the stairs leads to a bright second floor open space with a comfortable family room, two additional bedrooms, and a large covered porch. Continuing to the next floor this additional space includes a wet bar, beverage fridge, and second half bathroom. The view from the rooftop deck consists of peaks of the ocean and views of Fort Moultrie. This historic fort played a crucial role in defending Charleston Harbor.
