Great Ocean Views! Welcome to the famous “Doc's Beach House”! This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is located right across the street from the beach and has easy access to Sullivan's Island restaurants and shopping. Property Highlights \- Large Screened in Porch with Ocean Views \- Steps to the Public Beach Access \- Multiple Living Areas \- Near Middle Street Restaurants and Shops \- $250 Beach Gear Credit with 3-14 night stays! Please note that every reservation will be required to sign an independent vacation rental agreement. This house was made to allow you to indulge in the best of Sullivan's Island living. Enter the home to find a charming foyer, and stairs up to the main level. The main level features the kitchen and living area, designed in an open concept space. The kitchen is fully equipped, meaning you can cook up whatever you'd like—maybe a pancake breakfast, or a picnic to take to the beach! Either way the choice is yours, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island with plenty of prep space. There's counter seating for two at the island, or you can find a larger dining set that seats four. The living area is furnished with a large sectional and has a flat screen TV with cable access! There is also a convenient second living area with a sectional that can fold into a sleeper bed, along with a flat screen TV. There's another four-seater table in this area, which is perfect if the kids want their own space! This property features three rooms, with the first being the master. The master is furnished with a king-sized bed, a TV and offers ocean views. Relax in the ensuite master bathroom, which has a spa-like atmosphere, featuring a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, along with ocean views. In the third bedroom you'll find two single beds and an ensuite bathroom. The additional half bath can be found just off the living area! The screened-in porch is well-furnished, whether you want to lounge outside on the sectional or enjoy a meal outside at the two-seater table. Down on the first level you'll find the BBQ grill, so you can whip up a few meals alfresco if you'd like. Ringing in at 2,700 sq. ft., this home is great for those beach family getaways! This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. Just another added bonus for booking through Carroll Realty to enhance your vacation experience. A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! Photos are accurate, but a new house is under construction across the street and the ocean view will be impaired. I’m sure the owner is disappointed. But the beach is a short walk away and the house is comfortable and well located. We had a nice stay and enjoyed easy access to restaurants in Mount Pleasant, CHS, and Sullivan’s Island. My grandson had to take the very thin mattress off the pull out couch and sleep on the floor for a week. There were not enough kitchen towels either. However the outside of the property was so overgrown it was difficult to even use the outdoor shower. Inside was ok. Furniture looked very dirty, very dated. The master bath was updated nicely, but the other bathrooms weren’t to great. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. ##### Ashley H. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we all were very comfortable! The kitchen is very well stocked--we were worried, but it well exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable and the patio was great for a relaxing morning (afternoon....evening...). The area was very quiet and it was a short walk to the beach! Wifi was perfect and communications were great. Across from the ocean and the beach access. The kitchen is fully equipped. The common areas a spacious. It has two living rooms. It has a funny smell but we opened all the doors and turned on all the fans to let the air go thru and it worked. But nothing that you cannot live with. the beds were comfortable. There was beach access right across the street but when tide was up, no beach. Not a problem as there was another access point a short walk up the street. Very clean and had everything a large family needs. Had to do some digging to find the remote for the TV in the main room, but otherwise no issues at all.
