Discover a unique property created for those seeking peace, comfort and true relaxation. It is the ideal place for discerning guests looking to get away from their daily routine and immerse themselves in abundant nature. Located on a 3000m^2 fenced plot, the property offers not only spaciousness and privacy, but also its own lake, which is the heart of this unique place.  
  
The interior of the 200m^2 house is comfortably furnished, allowing you to make the most of it whatever the season, thanks to the fireplace heating. There are 4 large bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet on the first floor and an additional toilet on the ground floor. The living room is combined with the dining room and the open kitchen to create a spacious living area. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances: electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, electric kettle as well as the necessary crockery and cutlery. In addition, for entertainment the house offers a lounge with billiards and table tennis.  
  
The outdoor area of the property is a real paradise for lovers of nature and active recreation. There is its own lake with fish, ideal for swimming and fishing, with a large jetty, rowing boat and large pedal boat. By the lake there is a fire pit, a stone barbecue with smokehouse and a gazebo with a large table and benches. The whole area is beautifully integrated into the surrounding landscape, with the house 'snuggled' into the east-north wall of the forest, offering extensive, picturesque views.  
  
The surrounding area of the house provides endless opportunities for outdoor pursuits. Situated in a picturesque area full of Kashubian lakes and forests, the property is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling trips. The proximity of shops and restaurants (7 minutes' walk) also provides convenient access to local services and attractions, making your stay even more comfortable.

Points forts : Propreté

#### Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir fanden es super. Tolles Grundstück mit Badestelle und Steg zum angeln. Dazu ein Tretboot und ein kleines Ruderboot. Die Jungs waren begeistert. Bei uns spielte sich alles draußen ab, hatten aber auch top Wetter. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, uns fehlte nichts. Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe, wer Probleme mit dem Bewegungsapparat hat, sollte das bedenken. Restaurants in der Nähe waren gut und nicht teuer. Gastgeber total freundlich und hilfsbereit.
