Everything we asked of them, they did in quick time. We even received an unexpected surprise of morning tea on our 3rd day, which was lovely. They could probably do with replacing the pillows and some of the linen, had some slight stains, but overall, it was lovely. The rooms were huge and well-appointed. The indoor/outdoor bathrooms were also great. The pool was amazing. The decking around the pool could certainly do with renewing, however it was still certainly serviceable. It was a little far away from shops and a larger selection of restaurants, however there were a couple of hidden gems close by. Next time - we would be more prepared by bringing food with us to the Villa, as not much close by in way of groceries if you want to just relax around Villa. In saying that - Gojek and Grab deliver there. Loved that is short walk to Tegenungan Waterfalls, some restaraunts (pay to get in to area) and Omma Day Club, all beautuful area. Easy Gojek into Ubud town centre. Will stay again. One thing that wasn't a problem for us - but may be with younger kids, is each bedroom is only accessible from outside. The property itself is get dated with a lot of maintenance needed. Boards around the pool are getting dangerous, the locks don’t work. Mould in the net curtains. Certainly no ammenities at all. Bring everything with you. We enjoyed the area, with the Gojek app meaning we could go anywhere quickly. Breakfast is a bit limited and not well cooked. The staff here were amazing and really engaging - the facility is an excellent one, and we stayed here as our last stop on a 3 week Indonesian holiday. The Villas have private pools, and the room service menu that utilises a nearby restaurant is very extensive - there's no reason to cook anything - which is great on holiday. We also took advantage of the massage service that come to the Villas. Bei unserer Villa (Villa 5) waren einige Sachen defekt (Pool Reinigungs Anlage und Beleuchtung, Garten Lichter, kein WLAN da Ameisen Nest im Router) und es kam mir nicht vor als wäre das für die Angestellten neu. Bei Nachfrage wurde sich aber bemüht möglichst alles zu reparieren. Bei sowas hatte ich mir gewünscht eine andere Villa zu bekommen, da 2 während unseres Aufenthaltes leer standen. War trotzdem ein toller Aufenthalt und auch das Roller mieten zum erkunde war unkompliziert. Frühstück war lecker und ein toller Ausblick, auch auf den Vulkan. Sauberkeit war gut, allerdings ist das Wohnzimmer zwar "zu" aber für Tiere erreichbar, was meinetwegen normal ist wenn man ein Gecko vorbei schaut, aber es war auch immer voller mini spinnenameisen die überall waren. Wenn also das Frühstück in diesem Raum serviert wurde, hatte man die spinnenameisen überall am Tisch und auch automatisch im essen. Im schlafbereich war es zum Glück nicht so. Personal super super super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. The staff were friendly and made us feel ar home from the moment we checked in. My daughter celebrated her birthday and the staff surprised her with a beautiful cake. Rooms and toilets were clean and spacious. Our rooms came with breakfast with limited choices so it got a bit boring after 2 days. They also provide lunch and dinner menu and the food is delicious. We can choose from a wide variety from Indonesian to western and Asian cuisine. My friends and I absolutely loved this hotel! It was located near the Tegenungan waterfall on a quiet street that was easy for drivers to find. There are full amenities available and even a driver for hire if you do not have your own transport. The staff are really lovely and welcoming - the manager Mr Cokorda speaks good English and has a great service attitude that made our stay so wonderful. The pool and rooms were very clean. We had funny incidents like a frog on our wall, which is not surprising as the villa is right next to a rice field and surrounded by nature, and the staff were very quick in resolving the issue.
