"Room had sufficient space, ideal for a night sleep and of to your daily plans. There was a bit of lack in the water pressure in shower which was making it difficult to mixing hot and cold. Never the less all staff despite shift were helpful and friendly."

"vue imprenable sur le lac et Lucerne, hotel très calme. Par contre aucun paravent dans la salle de bain et donc aucune intimité? pas de bon gout et surprenant ! Un bémol : le parking est payant , 15 chf par jour. Cela est inacceptable pour un tel hôtel , vu le prix des chambres "
