We were geared up for hiking and the snow didn't stop us.The little house had everything we needed and more, and the overnight fees were more than reasonable. Very charming, modern, clean and well-maintained; every appliance and utility worked splendidly. The ready access to Forest Service lands across the street was the PiĂšce de rĂ©sistance, for our family including our canines. The Juniperis grandis (Sierra Juniper) in the adjacent forest were as stately as we've ever seen anywhere in CA.
