« This houseboat has it all!! Great interior setup. Lots of huge windows. Location to die for. Fully stocked kitchen. Awesome upper deck sitting area to watch the sunrise with coffee or sunset before heading to dinner. A bed that i could actually sleep well in... might have been the gentle rocking. Did i mention the incredible location!! Easy walking distance, minutes, to everything from great restuarants, attractions, parks, everything!! And you have to try the breakfast sandwiches at Sunny Girl...

« If reading the VRBO ad it indeed notes a kitchenette…. In reality, there is no heating devices of any kind allowed on the boat per owners insurance. This includes a toaster or electric grill. We brought food for dinner but were unable to cook anything as the grill on the dock was out of gas. We did go out nightly for dinner but we were looking forward to a dinner or 2 at home with the grandchildren. The boat and host otherwise was great! Jon was interactive and knowledgeable. »

« Our stay on the Little Pearl was wonderful. It was a very quick walk to the USS Constitution and Bunker Hill, which put us right on the Freedom Trail. We chose not to rent a car and we were able to get around just fine using public transit and LYFT. There's a Dunkin' and a 7-Eleven a short walk away to grab quick and easy breakfasts to take back to the boat and enjoy on the deck. We did not use the kitchen area at all, so I cannot speak to that.
