« The stay was overall good. This was the 2nd time we stayed at this property. We arrived just after their on-property office closed at 6pm, so we had to check in at a different location. This was different than the 1st time we stayed. Everything was good. The only complaint was that the upstairs attic access (in the closet) was open and the clothes rack was down. We didn't discover it until after midnight so it was scary to sleep with it like that. Also the vertical blinds were difficult...

« The condo was nice. My only complaint about the condo was the lack of water coming out of the shower. Check in was smooth,, but just be prepared, they will try to get you to do a timeshare preview, you do have to tell them no a few times before they give you your parking pass. »

« It was a very nice condo and was great for our family to be together. Nice quiet location and we love staying at Pointe Royal when we visit Branson. »

« This property is conveniently located in walking distance from the mall and dozens of restaurants and easy to get to right in the center of Springfield. The place was exceptionally clean and inviting, even though you can tell the place is older. It has all the amenities I needed on the inside for frequent stays in Springfield for business, including a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, range, and comfortable beds. »

« Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and peaceful. We were able to walk to most places on the resort and was nice to be able to come back from being gone to quiet . »
