« We needed somewhere to stay for one night in between Capitol Reef and Bryce. I found this place and decided to book, knowing nothing about the town of Escalante. When we were arriving in Escalante and approaching the home, we started to wonder if we had made a mistake. Don’t expect well manicured neighborhoods. « Overnighted for two nights while visiting National Parks. House was a great place to stay for our needs. Newer dwelling in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and large space in family/eating area allowed for gathering. Only complaint is the TV situation. We were not able to enjoy watching our favorite shows due to the restrictions on the tv by the owner. (We weren't able to sign in to our streaming channels with our passwords.) Not really a big deal though, just a little irritating. »

« Short getaway with the family. Loved the condo. Beautifully decorated, well appointed. Pool would not warm up and had problems getting it fixed before we had to leave. Management did send workmen to try and fix the problem. Thanks for a fun place to gather! »

« The condo and the complex are perfect for a spring break trip. Our kids had a great time at the pool and the location of this particular condo is perfect for being able to watch your kids and going back and forth. The only reason I marked 4 stars is the condo needs a deep cleaning such as base boards being cleaned, touch up paint and maybe a carpet being spot cleaned In a place or two.
