« This house looks just like its pictures. It’s the second year we stayed here for our annual reunion with our college friends. We have our reunion at a different house in the neighborhood so we mostly just sleep at the house. Our only complaint is that both of the king mattresses are rather lumpy. Overall this house is great for families :) »

« Our daughter graduated from TX State & our whole family came out for the weekend. There were many of us, but the house is so big, we didn’t feel like we were stepping over each other. Communications between the owner were top notch: every message was answered immediately. We had no complaints & enjoyed our stay in comfort & peace. »

« The listing was exactly what it looks like. Clean, beautiful property in a very nice neighborhood. The host was very easy to get ahold of and accommodated our every need. There were toys for kids and a high chair which was very helpful. Our only issue was we didn’t realize how isolated the location was. I would recommend mapping out what you’re in town for and as long as it’s not too far of a drive I think anyone would be very happy here! »

You can tell that a lot of thought went into touches that would be nice for guests - good toiletries, great tea selection, nice towels. It was great space for five of us. « The pictures of the inside of the house and the backyard were spot on! From the outside view I thought we were at the wrong house, at first! Everything inside was clean and neat and more than enough space for me and my 4 colleagues. Any issues we may have had with the property were addressed immediately. You can’t pay enough for service like that! It was just close enough to our medical venue to be convenient but far enough away for privacy. We opted to Uber throughout Austin and the Uber...

« What a magical place in the best location. We stayed here with family to celebrate my mom’s 70th. Our host, Lisa, was great, had plenty of suggestions, and so responsive. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Such nice evenings on the patio watching the sunset and great days exploring the neighborhood. Definitely would recommend! »

« Bouldin village was an amazing place for us to stay during commencement weekend for the University of Texas. We had everything we wanted in a relaxed setting. Walking distance to south congress shops and an easy commute downtown. »

« Hosted a bachlorette weekend here and it was incredible! So much room to spread out and enjoy each other. We had dinner in on night and the kitchen accommodations were perfect. We did yoga on the balcony with the quiet a breeze through all the trees and fields on the property. Very retreat feel! Highly recommend »
