« Staff is very responsive, property is quiet and very conducive for relaxation. Cabin’s outdoor living area/ hot tub area is a little outdated, but we will be back and check out a different cabin next time. For long weekend a cabin facing the creek would provide more privacy. Grocery stores are very close to the property in case you forgot anything. »

« This is my 4th time staying in the cottage! So peaceful and wonderful as usual! Only had an issue with the keypad and was remedied with the spare key, and the string lights shorted out and need some attention! Overall, such a relaxing stay with everything you could need! »

« Our entire experience was amazing! 5 stars for the housing, 5 stars to the host and 5 stars for every staff member on the property. Everyone went out of their way to make our experience special. We enjoyed every aspect of our experience and will be returning! The staff on the property for Docs Drive Thru was incredible. The hospitality shown was like no other. « Beautiful property. Very clean, everything you need for a short or long stay. Only have two small complaints....sooooo dark. Once the sun goes down, it is so dark there. I would highly suggest some solar motion lights. The second is the washer and dryer. There is NOT a washer and dryer in the small guest house...you have to walk through the backyard of the main house and do around the corner and up the stairs to use the washer and dryer. Oh and also....they need to put shades or curtains...

« Our second stay was as good as the first. Very clean cottage with all the amenities. Owners are very nice and very accommodating. Our grandkids really enjoyed the pool. When we first got to the cottage, there was a half dozen fresh eggs on the counter from the few chickens that roam the yard. The location is great with grocery shopping, restaurants and entertainment within a 10 mile radius. Truly a home away from home. Would recommend a stay. »

« The property was beautiful, and the casita was just as described. The location was perfect for our needs, as we were in town for a wedding, and we loved being able to bring our dog with us for the long weekend. The casita was clean, and communication with the host was clear. We also enjoyed meeting their sweet dog Maggie, who greeted us each day! »

« We have stayed at this cabin before and found it enchanting. We love the proximity to everything, yet perfectly peaceful and a wonderful place to enjoy time alone or with family. We stayed here for our daughters graduation from TXST and had a few family members over for cake afterward. It was absolutely wonderful. We also were able to enjoy a day to unwind and enjoy the grounds. We will come back again for sure. »
