There is a nice Keurig style coffee pot with some complimentary pods and some snacks that were nice. "We loved the little basement apartment unit. All the necessities were there…minus a cutting board, that would be a nice addition to the kitchen tools. The beds were super comfy and water pressure was great in the shower. There is noise from the upper apartment so if you’re a light sleeper that might be a problem but for us it wasn’t a big deal. Loved the decor and location was easy to access and close to the grocery store Safeway on 3rd street. Thank you!"

"This second floor apartment has a great location to walk downtown Cheyenne and easy parking in a lot. The apartment met our needs though the electrical issues made us shy away from using the stove. We appreciated the owner's quick response when we called about the property."

"I came to Laramie to visit my son for Thanksgiving. The house is exactly as advertised. I was worried the house would be cold when I got there, but the heater was already turned on. Wind chills dipped below 0 on the trip, but the house was toasty. Would definitely stay here again."

"It was a nice place, but IT'S IN THE BASEMENT. The upstairs is VERY noisy, a cleaning company is up there cleaning something maybe rugs or??? And it's LOUD, which gets old. Also smells like puppy, not sure if it's urine or wet dog smell but it's always there, like when you rent from a place that accepts doggos."
