Poplar has a train rich history. This was a cool little town to stop in and take pictures. Lot's of wall murals for some reason, and some very cool architecture. After nearly 20 years we don't hike much anymore, we are more of a card playing group now! We enjoyed the space, the views, the location, and the accommodations in general. All of this prove to be important because it rained every day we were at Reelfoot Lake. Watching hundreds of pelicans, cormorants, coots, and various other ducks was an added bonus!
