"We stayed 4 nights and thought the hotel was really nice. I unknowingly booked a handicap accessible room so it was a little bit of a difference for us and we would like to see what the other rooms look like and offer the next time we visit Orlando. "

"Ive been visiting Panama City Beach for 40+ years. Ive stayed at many different hotels and condos thru out these years. My first visit at The Palmetto was June 26th- 28th.- 2025 I can now say, I've found my perfect place from now on. 🌴🌞 From a early and smooth check- in and out..and everything in between was wonderful. My room on 3rd floor was a corner room and had an extra celing to floor window to view the beach along with a spacious balcony. The bed and linens were top of the line..compares to casino rooms. Soft sheets, down comforter, large fresh smelling pillows. I slept like a baby. The bathroom was older, but clean. The soap- shampoo/ conditioner and body lotiom was installed in the shower. Loved the smell of it all. Wish I could find it at home. The 24 hour pool was absolutely beautiful and clean. Plenty of places for privacy away from the pool deck including the covered picnic area that was directly beside pool area. Having an ice machine at the pool area and grabbing a free bag to fill your cooler was so convenient. Everything was thought out to make this a convenient and fun place to stay. I will definitely be back. Its now my perfect place to stay when I visit from Georgia "

"We loved our stay at The Grove!! We booked a Superior Family Condo with 2 Bedrooms- it was like staying in a luxury apartment. The hotel was sold out & we never heard our neighbors. Comfy beds, comfy couch, laundry unit in the room & both bedrooms had attached bathrooms & TVs in each room. The waterpark wax great- I recommend booking a cabana way in advance as they were sold out day of. They have a cafe on the main floor with groceries to purchase & a Starbucks. They also have pizza & pasta options made to order. We loved the pizza. We also went to the restaurant Valencia for dinner & enjoyed the food/drinks. Plenty of food/drink options while at the pool too & they are able to charge everything to your room using the bracelet you’re given at check in. The check in line was long every time we passed it- so be prepared for that but the staff were all friendly and helpful. Beautiful grounds to walk day or night as well & our room had a balcony to enjoy the view."

"We loved this place. We will definitely be returning. We live two hours away so it’s clean and convenient quick trip away from home for the family. Our son loved the arcade and ice cream shop. It rained quite a bit while we were there so the on site restaurants were super convenient. "

The staff is great and the rooms are extremely comfortable! also it's just a very beautiful place to take photos and feel like you are in that Miami vibe. We loved are stay here and would definitely stay again if we ever decide to visit Miami again! highly suggest"
