![Sunset at Reflection Canyon.

It is a 2 hour drive from Escalante on a dirt road where a AWD is highly recommended. However when we arrived at the parking lot area we couldn't believe that a Honda Fit would make it there, but there it was. :-)

From the parking lot area it is a 5 hour hike (plus minus one hour, depends on your navigation skills) through the stony desert of southern Utah. The hike itself is already beautiful but the reward when you eventually arrive at Reflection Canyon is priceless. 
We were the only two persons out there and we didn't even meet someone on our way back the next day.

Make sure you carry enough water as there is absolutely no water source anywhere. Also I think that this place can not be found without a GPS but I was wrong with the Honda Fit before, too. ;-)

« Bâtiment principal lobby restaurant en travaux, et cela nous a été annoncé une fois passé le délais de rétractation, scandaleux de la part de l’hôtel Redcliff lodge et le site hôtel.com aurait dû prévenir compte du prix exorbitant des chambres. Anormal. L’hôtel nous a indiqué avoir accepté des annulations en raison des travaux pour ceux qui réservaient directement sur leur site… Clous devant l’entrée de la piscine, notre enfant s’est blessé au pieds, le personnel n’a rien fait, ni proposé une...

Laverie pour 2,5 $, séchage 2,5$, prévoir des quaters, sinon ils en échangent à l’accueil. Une très bonne adresse pour visiter arches national Park qui est à 10-15mn en voiture. "
