« A friend and I decided to explore the Moab area. This property was perfect. The TV and carpet could use upgrading. The coffee shop on the property was fabulous! And YES, the patio furniture could use a good cleaning but it is the dirt blowing time of the year! I would definitely recommend this property to friends!! »

« We walked to the grocery store and to get ice cream after dinner. This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We ate meals on the lovely balcony. Arches and Canyonlands are just short drives away. We especially liked our maintenance man who ran up 3 flights to fix the ice maker and hang the propane tank so it did not read empty on the grill. As mentioned, there were a few elm bugs, and some bees on the back deck, but the bed is comfortable and the wifi works well as well as the basics needed for the kitchen.
