"The house was exactly what you see in the photos. We were blown away when we saw the ADU next door. It felt like two homes in one. We used the pool a lot and the house had all the items needed to function well when we cooked or watched tv during night. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Austin."

"My group was a total of six adults, looking for an affordable place to stay for roughly a week. This location proved to be just that - a comfortable, well kept, and affordable location. The only issues were a few cabinets and drawers lacking screws on the hinges, leaving them essentially broken."

"The inside of this house was very clean and the bedrooms were spacious. Much of the furnishings are new, and the bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. The owners were excellent in communicating with us. The house needs some attention to detail: there are no coverings on the bathroom windows, the showers have partial stall walls that allow the bathroom floor to get wet, and the outdoor furniture was too dirty to use on our weekend of beautiful weather."

"I was worried that race weekend would result in poor accommodations, but this charming house was just right. We didn’t need anything fancy and it was perfect for 7 or 8 people. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find, good communication. "
