« My family and I stayed at this property over the past two nights and it was extremely pleasant and lovely. The property had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, even for our 3 kids under 9, and in close proximity to great food and sights, even if the weather was chilly. « At our arrival , Onwers were on site and took the time to chat with us and went over site with us , very friendly . Outside and interior very clean and well kepted . Owners live on site and if you need something close by to help . Outside fireplace and BBQ etc … excellent »

« A lot to like about this cottage - very close to beach, on a quiet dead end laneway, all new kitchen, very clean, good outdoor space with comfortable seating, grill, umbrellas, patio lights, good communication with owner. The only downside is that it's really small inside with a steep low ceilinged staircase. We were all over 65 and feared falling on it, even the shortest hit their head on one part of the ceiling! It's a vintage cottage, so just be forewarned. In the overpriced vacation rental...

« The moment you walk in you feel like you are home. The view was perfect in living area and up stairs bedroom. Even in the kitchen you felt like you could be apart of the conversation happening in the living area. It is a house my friends and I decide that it would be a house we would love to come back to in the future. »

« We traveled from Michigan to New Hampshire to visit my friends daughter who recently moved there. This house was perfect for our home base. The home is beautiful, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Perfection! We traveled to Maine for a day at the ocean and were happy to return to such an enjoyable home. A few dinners and Sorry games later and it was back to Michigan. This home is as advertised....maybe even a little better! »

« A wonderful property - quiet and serene with a large fenced backyard. House is well maintained and near kittery and portsmouth. Only problem is the front door lock. It needs immediate replacing. My wife was inside and noticed that the locking mechanism would not turn even though the proper code was entered. The hidey key worked but was still difficult to use. »

« L’emplacement était très bien mais manquait d’équipement!! Une cuisine où n’y avait pas de verres, de linges de cuisine, de grille-pain. C’était très rudimentaire comme équipement. Il est clair que quand on loue ce type d’hébergement, on s’attend à avoir l’équipement requis pour les repas même s’il n’y avait pas de cuisinière. « Lovely house made us feel right at home even with 2 kids and two dogs! Slight issue getting in on the first night but owners were available and able to help us right away. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday but this would be great place to stay in the summer too! Several places to eat at the end of the street. »

« This was our second summer weekend at this property. It is a beautiful home in pristine condition. Bed linens we cozy and comfortable (nice pillows too!). The house has several nice common areas in which to hang out. It gets great light, and the high ceilings make it feel larger than it is. Easy drive to North Conway for a cute town with fun shops and restaurants. We have already booked another weekend next summer! »

« Couldn’t ask for more in this beautiful location right on the river. If you can imagine, living on the pages of a decorating magazine, this is it. Not only a beautiful home, but ANNA has thought of everything. The kitchen is loaded with more than the basics we would need to launch our visit. « the location is excellent proximity to downtown Portsmouth. It was so nice to be able to walk to and from dinner. Very quiet neighborhood. Charming old house with many older home quirks. The 3rd floor bedroom and bathroom are separated from the house but up many stairs so not too good for older adults and honestly more suitable for children or teens. It was quite stuffy however there is a nice breeze from the windows however. »

« Wonderful cottage in a quiet neighborhood on a nice little lake. It is a great setting and was perfect for us to decompress after spending holiday festivities with family. Greg was great to work with and provided all the communication needed to be prepared for the cottage. We are looking to book again due to the proximity to the coast, shopping and restaurants! »
