"The Ambassador was clean ,lobby not impresdive, last day no cold water in shower. Having no inclusive bkfst was inconvenient,parking rates $18 was reasonable. Area seemed unsafe as i went to walk at 7.00pm and a a homelss followed me. Staff was pleasant and courteous. The safe stopped working next day . Refrigerator full of stuff to purchsse and no room to keep "

"Dalton was the highlight of our trip! Room was clean but a little musty smell. Pool area clean except for the broken hot tub. I would recommend covering it. Again…. DALTON was fantastic. We would literally return just to see him. His customer service was amazing!!!!! "

"Nice suite. Included fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and dishes and utensils. Would be ideal for an extended stay. We only stayed one night, so didn't take advantage of all of the amenities. The only strange thing was the pocket door for the bathroom. It was not easy to open and close. Would stay again."
