The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. "This place worked out well with our 2 grandchildren as well as our dog. The off street parking was probably its best asset. The bathroom was newly renovated, however it was advertised as 1.5 baths but there was only 1 bath. We were also told it had a whirlpool tub but it was just a large shower."
