Small room but fine for the night and east to walk to city centre/ opera house. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Was a pleasure to be there.

Was a nice spot and easy to get to the trains but our rooms floors were sticky in spots. Otherwise it was good for a one night stay !

This is the second time we stayed at Olga. It is a very nice and clean hotel at an excellent price. Staff are very friendly. The price comes with the fact that the tram is in front of the house and you definitely hear it.

Difficult to find entrance. Rooms small, bathroom even smaller. Can't shut the door whilst inside. Curtains don't cover the full window: have to move them left and right to cover the right bit of the window. Exposed window lets in too much street light and flashing lights of tram stop. Noisy - on main road. No wardrobe - two hangers! For one night, it is well located but expensive and very basic although clean.

Its a great location. being right on the train line for 5 trains with my window overlooking a station it was very noisy, so if you are not used to noise you need to bring your ear plugs. When you arrive there are 28 steps to climb up to get to reception. As i recently fell over i could not carry my suitcase up these stairs. The receptionist let me in another way where there was a lift. Thus everyday I could go to ground floor to get out via lift. Why management cannot install a security mount near that door to get in and go straight up to the 4th floor for all future days is puzzling.. a day of wandering for anyone.. to only have a security access and having to climb stairs when another option is available.. you have to wonder. The floor in my room was swept but certainly needed a good wash, bathroom was clean.

An expensive and very disappointing experience! Very small bedroom, no desk, the shower room is super small, no reception in the night.

5* stay excellent
From first contact with the hotel I was pleased with my choice of stay and its a 7 minute walk to the main shopping area. The room was very clean and airy. The staff could not have been more welcoming and all questions and advice I rwqiured was delt with the utmost care. I will be back again.

A sound little hotel in Stuttgart. Nothing amazing about it but they do have very helpful and friendly staff doing a wonderful job.

Great staff not so great room and fire alarm
The staff was the best! Super helpful staff and friendly. The single room was very basic there was a place for a tv but there was just wires and no tv. The room was very small. Overall it suited my needs (I did not need a tv or space) There was a fire alarm at 3:30am and we had to wait outside for almost an hour. No one at the hotel could be reached so it took a while to sort. It was a fluke but I did not think it was handled well.

Allein der Eingangsbereich ist sehr drückend und stickig, man muss erst mit dem Gepäck 2 Treppen hoch um zur Rezeption zu kommen. Dann wird man wenig freundlich begrüßt. Um zum Fahrstuhl zu gelangen muss man nochmal über einen langen Flur mit weiteren Treppen Stufen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und stickig. Wenn man die Fenster zum Lüften aufmacht wird man vom Verkehrslärm erschlagen. Das Zimmer ist allerdings sauber und ordentlich.

Hotel semplice, piccolo ma con tutto quello che serve. Stanze sufficientemente ampie, con bagno grande e tutto molto pulito. Presenza di tv in camera. Punto di forza la location, esattamente di fronte ad una stazione della metropolitana di superficie, dove passano le 6 linee principali che giungono fino alla stazione centrale dei treni, compresa la linea U6 che in 30 minuti vi porterà all’aeroporto. Charlottenplatz si trova a meno di 5 minuti a piedi e il castello vecchio a 10. Proprio sotto all’hotel si trova un bar/ristorante ma soprattutto, di fronte c’é un supermercato molto fornito aperto fino alle 22 di sera, con un panificio annesso e che vi permetterà di fare scorta di cibo e bevande a prezzi molto contenuti. Davvero soddisfatto di aver preferito questo hotel ad altri più centrali ma che erano collegati in maniera peggiore con l’aeroporto.
