Great little hotel. Has a self check in facility which was handy for us as we arrived after 10pm. Rooms are small hut clean. 2 minutes walk from the metro which takes you direct into Stuttgart central station. Definitely would stay again.

Unser Zimmer im Dachgeschoss ist renovierungsbedürftig - Paketband am Türrrahmen, um Beschädigungen zu überdecken, lose Fliese direkt vor der Toilette. Im Hochsommer so heiß und stickig darin, dass wir darin nicht übernachten und wieder abreisen mussten. Ein Ventilator im Zimmer reicht da nicht. Hätte man am Tag der Anreise zumindest früh gelüftet und dann die Fenster zugelassen bei 31 Grad ab Mittag und nicht die Fenster dauernd gekippt gelassen, dann hätte man es vielleicht aushalten können. Nachts um 23:30 Uhr innen noch 30 Grad. Dieses Zimmer sollte im Hochsommer niemals vermietet werden, eine Zumutung. Und Fenster auflassen geht auch nicht - wir hatten zig Fliegen überall, da sie zum Licht wollten. Und all das für 214,95 Euro pro Nacht.

Das Bad sehr klein , keine Nachttischlampe . Im Schrank nur ein Regalboden und die Kleiderstange so knapp über dem Boden das ich meine Jacke nicht aufhängen konnte. Keine Gaderobe . Hellhörig . Sehr positiv war das Team vor Ort .

Totally unprepared for arrival of a baby. I asked 2 weeks before our stay if I could have a cot in the bedroom for my 9 months old boy and been told they were going to sort the room for us. Arrived there after 14 hours drive from Italy in the middle of the night to find out there was no cot in the room. I spoke to the night receptionist over an intercom, he was useless. He didn't know where the cots were kept and dismissed me saying he couldn't help because he was "far away". We had to use a single armchair fold out bed to improvise a cot but I couldn't sleep because I had to make sure my son was safe when moving in his sleep. In the morning when we all went for breakfast staff apologized (because I sent a very upset email in the middle of the night while I wasn't sleeping) but didn't offer any discount or refund considering we had to drive another 14 hours the same day to get home. At last but not least, they didn't have an highchair in the restaurant. They said "it's broken". I will not be staying here again.

Unser "Zimmer" lag direkt neben dem Hotel-Eingang und der Rezeption und ist eigentlich ein Raum mit Schaufenster und separater Glas-Eingangstür. Der Raum ist weder schallisoliert noch kann das Licht der davor parkenden Autos richtig draussen gehalten werden, da bringen auch die erwähnten Verdunklungsvorhänge nichts. Man versteht jedes einzelne Wort der abends/nachts vor die Tür gehenden Raucher. Die Raumhöhe ist deutlich niedriger als normal und man kommt sich vor wie in einer Höhle (unsere Anreise war spät abends). Das Bett ist nur max 80 cm breit pro Person und man rollt zur Mitte, da die Unterlage schräg ist. Und das alles für einen normalen Zimmerpreis.

Leider ist durch Eigenverschulden, etwas bei der Buchung schief gelaufen. Bekam darauf eine E-Mail mit 2 Sätzen und 6 Ausrufezeichen. Ich fand es unglaublich unhöflich. Das hätte auch netter von statten gehen können. Hotel ist an sich schön und modern eingerichtet. Ein Wasserkocher ist auf dem Zimmer. Mein Badezimmer war grade so groß das ich mich um mich selbst drehen konnte, unglaublich klein. Ansonsten war es sehr sauber und gemütlich.

As a "physically challenged" solo traveller (my knees are knackered!) my only complaint was with the lack of a lift, but there simply isn't space to install one without a major reconstruction of the whole hotel, so I don't hold that against them. My room, while small, was all I needed (basically a comfy bed for the night), and the breakfast exceeded my expectations for the size of the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the place was clean, the food was good, and the price very reasonable: what more could I ask?

Friendly hotel in a beautiful city

The hotel is really close to the centre of Fellbach. Everything within a few minutes walk. Staff were really friendly. Hotel was clean and room had everything required. Slightly smaller than expected but would recommend.

Esse und Freundlichkeit prima, kein Schallschutz

Das Frühstück morgens war ganz prima! Das hatte die Nacht etwas besser gemacht. Schallschutz der Zimmertüre und der Wände entspricht keinem Hotelstandart. Wände sind zu dünn, ich konnte den Nachbarn hören bei normaler Lautstärke. Wenn jemand im Flur Licht angemacht hatte, konnte man dies auch unter der Tür erkennen. Ebenfalls konnte der Fernseher nicht benutzt werden, weil das Coaxial Kabel an dem Fernseher sehr oft durch schieben an die Wand geknickt würde, sodass es kein TV-Empfang gab. Die Rezeption hatte noch keine Kenntnis, obwohl ich dieses bereits am Vorabend mitgeteilt hatte.

Well appointed small, barebones hotel without A/C

It was a hot summer night and this hotel does not have air conditioning. The street below is very loud, so opening your windows may or may not be an option. There was nobody at the front desk when we checked in--had to talk to someone on an intercom and the key fell out of the machine. The breakfast was very good. Parking was tight, but we were able to find a spot.

Als wir ankamen, war unser Doppelzimmer anderweitig vergeben. Es war ein Geschenk an meine Mama, das mich mehr als enttäuscht hat! Wir hatten Glück und könnten uns jemandem anschließen, der ein Zimmer abgegeben hat. Man sagte mir am Telefon wir könnten ein Einzelzimmer haben oder 50% Erstattung. Naja.. Mehr Worte fallen mir dazu nicht ein! Würde es nicht wieder buchen.
