Our house Dani am See is located directly at the nature reserve Rems in Remseck-Neckarrems. Whether a short trip or a longer stay in Stuttgart, Ludwigsburg, Waiblingen or Remseck. In the house * Dani am See we offer with our apartment “water lily” for a maximum of 2 people an ideal starting point for our guests. We are cosmopolitan and very hospitable. Our house In our apartment “Seerose” in Remseck (Neckarrems district) up to 2 people live on a total of 45 m². The house “Dani am See has a separate entrance to the studio with a porch. The apartment is of high quality. It consists of a 26 m² light-flooded living room, a large bathroom and a 6.5 m² storage room. There is a parking space for cars, motorbikes and covered and lockable parking spaces for your bicycles as well as a charging station for e-bikes. Our guests are allowed to use the lovingly designed space protected from bamboo before access to the apartment. Here you can enjoy the evening sun in the warm months and dry your clothes outdoors. We are happy to be your contact for all your stay. We want you to feel at home! Because it is asked so often: Our swimming pond is used by ourselves - because we cannot accept any liability for our guests when bathing, swimming is only permitted with the express permission and in the presence of the hosts. To avoid misunderstandings: the apartment is not directly on the lake.

The apartment in Remseck is absolutely conveniently located, just a short walk to the U14 tram stop, 30 minutes to Stuttgart to the main train station, and a direct bus to Ludwigsburg. The house is ideally located for commuters, business people, students or interns, because you have short journeys to the international companies Bosch, Daimler, Porsche, AMG etc. In the high-quality furnished apartment you can "live for a while" and you feel right at home. Biking, hiking, fishing, golfing, art and culture: you can discover a lot here in the heart of Baden-Württemberg: Stuttgart city break, Middle Neckar region, Rems Valley, Film and Media Center Ludwigsburg with the baroque palace and fairy tale garden in the blooming baroque - everything is the same Your front door. The 76-kilometer-long Remstal cycle path or hiking trail begins on the quiet side street and leads from Neckarrems to Essingen bei Aalen.
