« VRBO is nice. It is attached to a house so you do get noise/smells from upstairs occasionally, but it turned off at 10pm at quiet hours. We received A LOT of automated messages about our stay, including regarding our snafu of not having a coffee filter/lack of coffee K cups, but no real solutions were offered, just platitudes. Place is clean, has good amenities, and it we were able to check in early for a fee. »

« The location was great - walking distance to several downtown businesses. It was very clean and comfortable. Was cool at night and warm during the day but had no issues with heating or cooling. Some issues with internet/Wifi first night but was fixed next day. Shower had good water pressure and bed was comfortable. Only suggestion is to add a light above the vanity in the bathroom. « Everything was prefect, just what I was looking for. I hate staying in hotels, I am an early riser he sleeps in having an actual bedroom where I don’t wake him is so nice and price was not that much more. »

« There were a couple of rooms rented by college or high school kids. The rooms were filled with kids who were shooting fake guns at the parking lot, hanging off railings and generally disturbing everyone else’s stay. There needs to be a manager on sight to deal with people like this. Other than that, all was ok. »

« This place is very clean and is comfortable. The location was amazing because we could walk to restaurants and different things in downtown Spearfish! Just be aware that there is stairs to climb and you will get your exercise in! But my husband and I loved it. »

« The property was clean and was nice and spacious. King bed was very uncomfortable- you sink all the way down. Not little kid friendly as there are cords all over the place. Would be nice if there was better lighting in the bathroom.Other than that- it was a good place to stay for a short visit- or without kids wouldnt be bad for longer! »

« Lovely apartment in an unbeatable location! We loved being just steps from charming shops and great restaurants, and the close proximity to campus was incredibly convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to feel at home, and the tall ceilings and large windows made the space feel bright and airy. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. »
