So close to everything, we did not drive one time to any of our destinations. Terra Fermata (music venue) and all downtown within walking distance. AC was cold, bed was large and comfortable, good water pressure (although very small shower), and all spotless. There was a nearby train and I am a light sleeper but it did not bother me at all, not once. Super easy check in, just pushed the code in. Easy, free parking. Bed was comfortable and AC worked great. Traffic and a high-speed rail can be a little loud on the weekends, but the tradeoff is you're right in the middle of things.
