Immerse yourself in nature at this tranquil property, set amidst trees and boasting a private garden with patio, garden furniture, and a fireplace. Enjoy direct access to the lake with a bathing jetty just 20 meters away, perfect for swimming or leisurely boat rides using the provided canoe and boat.

For your convenience, the property offers bicycle rental services within the house, along with six bicycles available for guests to explore the surrounding areas. A narrow 350-meter motor access road leads to the premises, where parking for two cars is available. On the upper floor, you will find a living/sleeping room equipped with a double sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV, radio, and a DVD player. This room provides access to a balcony. The open kitchen is well-appointed with 4 hot plates, an oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The top floor has a small walk-through room with sloping ceilings and a double bed, as well as another small room with sloping ceilings and a double bed. Please note that heating is not available in all rooms.

The property offers various amenities to enhance your vacation experience. You can enjoy a large balcony with balcony furniture and a barbecue area. The property boasts a marvelous view of the lake.
