"Everything was fabulous and we stay here everytime we come to Cincinnati!"

"The room reserved was not available. We had to be split into 2 separate rooms. We were not contacted ahead of time. No breakfast except sat and sun and very poor choices. "

"Don't even know where to start ..room smelled like smoking room 100%! Tub wasn't cleaned good, floor in the room was sticky and chunks of candy laying around. Refrigerator was unplugged and stunk! Bed cover had random spots. Night stands were tilted so much, almost coming off the wall, that nothing was able to stand on it. Fan in the bathroom did not work. The view out of window was terrible. So much trash laying on the ground! Hotel needs a lot of renovations. WILL NOT BE BACK. "

"The Radisson is truly outdated. A great location, but our room lacked outlets that work, shower fro 1980, squeaky doors and faucets and paper thin walls. The hotel actually supplied our room with ear plugs. I don’t recommend staying here. "

"The hotel is nice and well maintained, and the lounge and bar area are especially enjoyable. The live band was excellent and added to the overall atmosphere. However, our experience at the bar was disappointing. The server was quite pushy, rushing us to order drinks, food, and even dessert in quick succession, which didn’t allow us time to relax and enjoy the ambiance. Later, she asked us to close out our tab because her shift was ending, which felt unprofessional and rude. Additionally, the bartender prepared a drink for my wife that had far too much milk and not enough of the actual ingredients, and even shared part of her drink with another couple. The glass was also filled with an excessive amount of ice, leaving very little actual cocktail. Overall, while the hotel itself is very pleasant, the bar service significantly detracted from our experience."
