We selected his spot because he also allows pets (we have a dog). The location is a 10 minutes easy drive to Sugarloaf. The place was clean and as described. It had a great wood burning stove and radiant floor heating. The WiFi was excellent. There is a projection system in the living room for entertainment and a TV upstairs. There is also an EV charger available outside. Ryan made restaurant recommendations and was responsive to communications. His directions to get to the place should be followed because the exact location of the house does not show up on the GPS correctly. Everything was very clean and new. The beds and sofas were very comfortable, and there is plenty of seating. The kitchen is incredibly well supplied, the towels are really comfortable, the heated floors are delightful, the wood stove was easy to use.
