Welcome to our recently refurbished 2 bed flat, nestled in the heart of Historic Stratford-upon-Avon.  
  
The property is perfectly positioned for you to explore the historic beauty of this picturesque town, our cosy and stylish apartment is an ideal home away from home only 3 minutes walk from Shakespeare’s birthplace and Stratford-upon-Avon Town Centre.  
  
Step into a tastefully decorated living space that effortlessly combines modern comfort with a touch of traditional charm. The open-plan living and dining area is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Relax on the comfortable sofas after a day of exploring or gather around the dining table for meal times.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, allowing you to prepare your favourite dishes with ease. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or prefer the convenience of takeout, our kitchen has everything you need.  
  
The apartment boasts two well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. Hotel quality comfortable bedding and ample storage make these rooms a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing.

Conveniently located, the flat provides easy access to public transportation, making it simple to explore the surrounding areas.  
  
If you're arriving by car, there is a secure parking space available in the garage directly underneath the property, though please be aware the development was built in the 1980's and as such will struggle to house a large modern SUV.  
  
Guests have exclusive access of the whole property which is NOT shared with anyone else.

PLEASE NOTE: This property is located on the fourth floor of an apartment block, so is recommended for people able to climb stairs fairly comfortably.  
  
PARKING: There is a parking space available in the garage directly underneath the property to the right of the main entrance. This is large enough to accommodate a car but can be a squeeze if you have a larger vehicle.  
  
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.  
  
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.  
  
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

We were a party of 4 adults, the property didn’t work for us. We couldnt park two SUV’s so we had to pay for separate parking, the beds in the rooms are too small for adults, one bed is not even a double! There was no bottle opener, only 2 tea spoons and coffee cups that held a mouthful, Oh and there was no hot water in the bath room aside of the shower.

Great location, nice apartment inside with all amenities and very clean / uncluttered. Enjoyable except for the parking instructions and door unlocking problems. Hopefully they have repaired door locks both at apartment and downstairs entry to building. After very steep climb up flights of stairs we found that door would not open and very nervous to leave since returning would be very difficult to re-gain entry after first time and messaging with owner. Also didn’t know that a 3rd party would have to be set up after arrival on-site in order to gain entry keys search-and-find instructions with no internet service and very little patience left after trying to figure out how to gain access to parking.
