This is an appart'hotel. The studio we stayed had everything needed and was as clean as expected. The furniture showed signs of age, especially the kitchen. There is no AC or central heating, but a small space heater is provided. The street noise (especially due to the tram stop close by) can be loud if one leaves the windows open.

Great location for getting to everything in the city, while being close to some of the more culturally beautiful sections. Large apartment space with everything you could need.

Clean, functional, spacious and convenient location on the cusp of the main tourist drag. However, the street was noisy and felt less safe than other areas nearby. There is not 24 hour reception but the staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful.

#### Wonderful!

The staff was super nice, I travelled with my grandmother and she is an elderly lady. The temperatures outside were so high I couldn't let her stay outside from checkout till our bus at 10:50pm, so the staff allowed us to stay in the hotel till 6pm. We are very thankful and will recommend!

Excellent studio suite that was spacious & clean. Considering we are right by the busy Place Kleber we did not hear anything from outside. Staff and amenities are fantastic

Very central, large studio well equipped. Walking distance from train station. Minutes from Cathedral and Restaurants. It was pretty noisy in the mornings, as the market was on and the Streetcars drive right under the window. The Breakfast was acceptable, but there were no eggs.

Amenities were top notch.. they have a laundry room you can use a credit card to pay for. Kitchenette was well stocked, coffee available all day. This is a great option in Strasbourg.

The hotel is right in the heart of the old town. Surrounded by shopping, dining, and sights like the cathedral. The room was very spacious and nice. We only stayed one night so we didn't try out the kitchen at all.

We were not told we had access to coffee from the dining room until we asked, breakfast was not free, there was an additional charge, one gentleman at reception told us we would need to buy detergent to usethe onsite laundry but detergent was invluded.

Warm staff, renovated on the inside, classic architecture on the outside. Central to shops, the cathedral and museums. However, ASK FOR an inside room. Our room was on the street. The tram ran every 5 minutes til 2 am and the people on balconies directly across from us were loud til 1:30 am. Bring good earplugs and you’ll be fine!

One of the rooms had overpowering smoke smell that was causing allergy issues. The staff when asked about taxi for our departure was not at all helpful, I had to google a taxi company that helped me arrange for them to get us to the train station. The laundry the dryer does not dry the clothes we had to hang it around the room to finish drying. The only benefit was the kitchen it came in handy for fixing breakfast. The tub shower it would be nice if a non slip surface was installed

La stanza è stata trovata in condizioni più che dignitose. Per quanto riguarda il personale, l’abbiamo testato soltanto per il check in, per il resto non abbiamo mai avuto a che fare, perché i nostri spostamenti avvenivano in orari in cui non abbiamo avuto occasione di incontrare i dipendenti. La risorsa migliore dell’Adagio Aparthotel, é la posizione strategica che occupa, nel pieno centro di Starburgo, da dove raggiungere a piedi qualsiasi punto della città. Consigliatissimo
