Great place to stay, though a little outside the center of the action. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful and the room was quite spacious and even had a balcony. The staff were friendly and were happy for us to leave our luggage with them as we arrived very early on the day we checked in. The hotel was also quite close to the station which was convenient. Rooms are spacious and clean, they are equipped with kitchenette, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, besides TV and Air Conditioning (keep that in mind for stays during Summer). Very useful kitchenette which comes with pots and pans, cutlery, chopping boards and everything you need. Great location in close proximity to Petite France and the rest of the town centre. Also within a short walk of the train station and a tram stop which takes you to Place d’Island. I did not receive a response to my email, so had to telephone, I had to try a few times before being answered. I did not recive a written confirmation the parking was booked, but all was fine when we arrived. Very well located, just a few short minutes walk from petite france. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well appointed. The gentlemen on the lobby were exceptionally friendly and readily available to assist us with any inquiries we may have had. Despite the ongoing remodeling efforts, we remained thoroughly satisfied with our stay. Overall, the hotel offers a remarkable value for money. On a separate note, my daughter inadvertently left her Apple Watch behind.
