The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Located in the old town, the property offers a breathtaking view of Stralsund's three large churches. All sights, including the historic market, the town hall, the harbour, the Ozeaneum and the Maritime Museum, as well as public transport links are within walking distance. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. An electric vehicle charging station is available. The exquisite holiday loft was completed in 2010. It is part of a historic 18th century warehouse building, where soap was boiled until the beginning of the 20th century. This property features energy-saving lighting. Es ist der ideale Au Pros: Wir waren als Familie mit den erwachsenen Söhnen und deren Freundinnen zu Gast. Es ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um die alte Hansestadt und deren Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Durch das Vorhandensein von jeweils 2 Toiletten und Duschen, gab es auch diesbezüglich keine Probleme.
