The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Located in the old town, the property offers a breathtaking view of Stralsund's three large churches. All sights, including the historic market, the town hall, the harbour, the Ozeaneum and the Maritime Museum, as well as public transport links are within walking distance. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. An electric vehicle charging station is available. The maisonette apartment was completed in May 2013 and is equipped with exclusive furniture. It is part of a historic 18th century warehouse building, where soap was boiled until the beginning of the 20th century. After booking, please completely fill out the Holidu contact form that will be sent to you by email, including your address. This will help the host to prepare your stay in the best possible way. A deposit is required upon key handover. Übergabe und Übernahme haben super und unproblematisch funktioniert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Supermarkt und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Frühstücksempfehlung: Cafe 66, gleich um die Ecke in der Heilgeiststr. 66\. 3 Schlafzimmer und riesiger Wohnraum. Ausstattung passt, ohne viel Schnickschnack aber alles, was man braucht. Wenn man meckern will: 1\. Preis Leistung grds. ok, aber die Kosten für die Endreinigung sind insbesondere bei kurzem Aufenthalt sehr hoch. 2\. TV könnte etwas größer sein (kritik ggf. altersbedingt (-: ) 3\. und: die seperate Abrechnung der Nebenkosten haben wir eher als lästig empfunden, Abrechnung erfolgte aber schnell und fair. Könnte man aber über Pauschale vereinfachen. Die alten Räume wurden liebevoll renoviert und in einer perfekten Mischung aus neuen und alten Möbeln ausgestattet. Die Lage zum gemütlichen Innenhof mit Südsonne verbreitet ein tolles Flair. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen , es war alles sehr sauber. Rundum ein schöner Aufenthalt in dieser wundervollen Stadt. 2 Freundinnen aus Flensburg und Bonn, die für 6 Tage hier waren! Besser geht es in Stralsund nicht!
