Additionally, the owner provides a water filtration machine on the counter and a PFA filtration pitcher in the refrigerator. Water should be used only when it is not being consumed. Kick back in comfort and luxury when you book this lovely home featuring on-site amenities that include a shared pool and hot tub and even a shared tennis court! Inside, you'll find a spacious living area dressed with comfortable furniture and attractive wall art. The electric fireplace is a great way to bring some atmosphere to tonight's dinner party, and you'll have a blast preparing your home-cooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Use the appliances, counter space, and cookware to turn out your creativity, then let the dishwasher take care of those dirty dishes while you serve your guests at the adorable dining table. On summer evenings, you can even take your meals al fresco out on the private deck while the wind rustles through the trees. The primary bedroom features a queen and a twin rollaway and the guest room has a queen bed, offering space for up to five guests. When you're not out hiking the many nearby trails, stretch out on the living room sofa to enjoy a good DVD or Blu-ray movie on the large flatscreen TV with lots of buttered popcorn and good friends. Séjour de 3 nuits en février 2023 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Tom W. 20 mars 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Ideal location and space, but dated and underequiped The location is perfect, just up a hill off the main road, 5 minutes from pretty much everything. Less than 10 minutes from the mountain. Space is fine, 2 beds, 2 baths, good layout. Issues to be aware of: As with a lot of VRBO listings, the cost of rental was roughly 2x the advertised rate. There were 5 different fees tacked on, not counting taxes. There is NOTHING food related in the unit other than old salt and pepper. If you're planning to use the kitchen bring everything you need, including cooking oil, spices, etc. Dishwasher was "out of order". The TV is old and is only connected to basic cable. You and the kids will need to watch your streaming services on devices you bring. The unit as a whole is a "tired" boomer retirement condo and needs a facelift. Again, it was servicable and we had a good weekend. But know that Stowe is an expensive town, even for a meh property. ##### Tom W. Séjour de 2 nuits en mars 2023
