« It was amazing to stay here. Gonna try to rent this house again. Told friends about it. The deer,geese,squirrels they were amazing to see in the backyard. Very nice. The floor is kinda wonky but other than that nicest place I stayed in on vrbo. Pricey but worth it. Too bad it wasn’t pet friendly so I could bring my dog next time. Enjoyed the stay. »

« We enjoyed our stay. As far as we are concerned, Wolseley is the best neighbourhood in Winnipeg. The decor of the house was in need of someone like me to perk it up, and the fooseball table in the dining room wasn't our cup of tea, but we loved the fire pit in the front of the house. »

Booked house last minute on Sunday night and tried to contact owner for confirmation. did not hear until the next day when we were traveling. Manager required an additional damage deposit that was not in the original details - as we in a rush I had my wife send. Received entry info. Arrived to find an older house (40/50s) with poor reno done. No fit and finish. Interior rough. Only positive - it was fairly clean. Narrow...

« The location suited us really well. Close to the relatives we were visiting, to restaurants on Henderson Highway, and <15 minutes from the Forks and the Manitoba Museum. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Quiet, walkable neighborhood. Only drawbacks were brief moments of noise from the front entrance when people from the other suite went in or out, and not able to control the thermostat. »

« I stayed here 5 nights with family- 6 adults and 2 children. The images are accurate- we arrived to a beautifully decorated home that was kept immaculate and stocked with essentials. The owners were responsive to any inquiries. The location was in close proximity to grocery stores, a very nice mall, restaurants, and local attractions like The Leaf and Assiniboine Park Zoo. « Was attending the Winnipeg Folk Festival for the first time and just really needed a clean, comfortable, safe place to stay overnight and for a few days afterwards. Place was spotless, communication great, beds super comfortable. It's a long narrow 2-story unit so would be cozy for more than a few people to spend much time there. Had a car so can't really comment on walkability, but we had no trouble finding the Marion, Pauline and Stella's for really great brunches. Are all the restaurants...

« Easy access to pan am pool. Easily enough room for 6 if needed. We arrived to one bedroom locked from the inside but quickly resolved the problem the next day. »

« L'appartement est rénovée au goût du jour. Les photos sont très représentative! Le matelas est extrêmement confortables. On voit que le propriétaires prend soin des lieux et de l'hygiène. Le matelas avait trois protections. J'ai eu de la difficultés à avoir accès à L'appartement, cependant je crois que c'etait un problèmes avec le site internet. Car, quand j'ai reussi a communiquer avec John, je n'ai eu aucun autre problème. Je recommande ! »

« Rental is as advertised. If you want to be close to the action for jets games or concerts, this is the one. Great for 2 couples staying, as there are 2 bathrooms to offer some extra privacy. Some general aaesthetic maintenance needed in the space but nothing affecting our stay. »
