This was a beautiful house in the perfect location if you are going to the Fredericksburg/Johnson City/Hye wineries and distilleries. We were there primarily for the Laguna Madre release at Garrison Brothers, and this was a very short drive to get into that early morning line. The house has a beautiful kitchen, comfy beds and was super clean. The owner was amazing and quick to answer any questions! What we didn't realize was how great the proximity to the Albert Ice House and Dancehall would be. We could walk across the street in the evenings and sit under the gorgeous trees and enjoy the music and the cool breeze. Both nights, the musicians were really excellent and everyone is friendly. After we turned in for the night, the ice house was not noisy at all. We ate in Fredericksburg (Der Lindenbaum) or Johnson City (Pecan Street Brewing).
