No one was there when I arrived, I waiting ten minutes then had to start calling out to get someone's attention. No lift and was put on upper floors. In actuality the hotel is not like it looks in the pictures. There is restaurant to the hotel you have to go out side and go to a restaurant next door. Not ideal.

Very helpful staff and so friendly. Found us a room with aircon -much appreciated during the heatwave. Room had everything you needed. Breakfast was reasonably priced and great.

The rooms were small but perfectly adequate. The rooms were not air conditioned and as we were there on one of the hottest weekends of the year the room was very hot overnight. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great parking allows access to the town

To start - we will re-book The issue - World cup table bookings. Eat now or no food. Fair enough if the pub was full - it wasn't - half deserted, and took a protest with the staff to be able to eat / finish and live before the game. The game itself - one of our travellers reported many many empty tables. If you book rooms - you need to have eating flexibility - not lock people into early eating - WITH ZERO communications at check in.
