Welcome to Furche Barossa Stay, your perfect getaway in the heart of Barossa Valley. Enjoy stunning vineyard views, cozy up by the fireplace, and explore nearby award-winning wineries. Our retreat offers a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio for BBQs, and a comfortable living area. Unwind in our serene environment and create unforgettable memories. Experience the best of Barossa Valley with gourmet dining and charming local shops just minutes away.

Our home features central air conditioning and heating for your comfort. There are two parking spaces under the shed and additional parking available on the driveway. Enjoy a BBQ in the backyard, relax by the indoor fireplace, and stay connected with Wi-Fi. The house is designed without stairs for easy accessibility.

Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite featuring a corner bath and shower.  
Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4: Each with a comfortable queen bed.  
Bedroom 5: Single bed, set up only when booking for 9 people.  
  
Living Room:  
Cozy fireplace, board games, and smart TV for entertainment.  
  
Kitchen:  
Well-equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and basic cooking essentials. Cutlery and utensils provided.  
  
Bathroom:  
Main bathroom with a bath and shower.  
  
Backyard:  
Outdoor furniture, BBQ, and a trampoline for fun and relaxation.  
  
Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay with beautiful vineyard views, natural light throughout the house, and all the comforts of home.  
  
Exploring Barossa Valley is straightforward. You can bring or rent a bike to enjoy the scenic Barossa Bike Trail. Taxis are readily available for local travel. Driving offers the best flexibility to explore the area, with just a 1-hour drive from Adelaide Airport to the property, making it convenient to reach all the local attractions and highlights.

• We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.   
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.   
• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.  
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.   
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.   
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.   
• We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.   
• If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $80 fee will be applicable before 10 p.m, and a $150 fee will be applicable affer 10 p.m.   
• In case of a lost key, a $80 fee will be incurred for key replacement.   
• The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.   
• Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.
