Initially, there was some ambiguity about the check in, however as soon as I contacted the service provider, the manager arrived at the property in person and solved the issue. I didn't expect that prompt and kind reaction in response to my problem. I'm sure their business will flourish swiftly as they have put their customers' satisfaction at the centre of it. They are caring and fair and I wish them prosperous years a head.

My expectatiions were not high afterall the price was very low but it was worse than expected.I was unable to access property. On arrival the front door was locked and despite saying reception was manned at my time of arrival no one answered when I knocked the front door whichr had peeiing paintwork and damage to the bottom. The yard at the front was fill of liter and the street was run down and seedy. I tried phoning the premises from my car but went through to a call centre and left on hold whist waiting for reply my car was approached by a man begging. I decided to cut my losses and find another hotel this is not what I expect from an expedia listed property. If this is OYO standard i will never book that brand again..
