The casita enjoys a 180 degree view that sweeps from Capo Falcone to Castelsardo, with the colors of the Pelosa beach, the Fornelli pass and the Asinara island in front of the terrace. This scenario can be enjoyed comfortably seated at the table on the large north terrace. The house, all in Stintino stone, is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and is well cared for. It has a living room with a sliding glass wall, an equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large veranda and a terrace, both habitable, garden and parking space. The beds are distributed as follows: \- double room ; \- bedroom with bunk bed. Both bedrooms have a large wardrobe The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, sink, shower and boiler. The kitchen is equipped with the exception of a dishwasher and oven. Accessories: Air conditioning, boiler, hairdryer, TV, library, freezer. Séjour de 8 nuits en août 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Marco M. 24 août 2025 Points forts : Propreté Das Haus liegt traumhaft in der mediterranen Macchia eingebettet, etwas erhöht in einer ausgedehnten Häusersiedlung und bietet einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Wir genossen jeden Tag unser Frühstück auf der Terrasse bei diesem Anblick. Das Haus bot alles, was man haben muss, wenn teilweise auch etwas eng für eine 4-köpfige Familie; die Dusche beim ein- und aussteigen jeweils etwas schmal bemessen. Man schlief nachts wie ein Engelchen, alles war sehr sehr ruhig aber nicht unheimlich; man hörte nicht mal die lieben Wildschweinchen, die nachts ab und zu den Grünabfall unten am Haus durchstöberten. Man fühlte sich auch nicht einsam in dem Haus, da der liebenswürdige und sympathische Besitzer gleich nebenan wohnte und auch viele andere Nachbarn zugegen waren. Alghero ist ca. 40 Minuten, Sassari 30 min. Autofahrt, San Teodoro an der Ostküste ca. 2 Stunden Autofahrt entfernt. ##### Marco M. La posizione è molto buona, all'interno di un complesso residenziale tenuto perfettamente e splendidamente incastonato nella natura. La vista dalla terrazza è favolosa. Gradevolissima l'esposizione che assicurava tepore di giorno e frescura di notte, permettendo sonnellini perfetti (non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno del condizionatore, anche se -va detto- abbiamo trascorso lì la seconda parte di agosto e forse il caldo si era un pò ridotto). La Pelosa è a un 1,5 km a piedi, percorrendo un piccolo sterrato. Il centro di stintino a 8 minuti di macchina ( per i più volenterosi, raggiungibile anche a piedi). Tutto bello. Menzione speciale per il proprietario, Nicola, che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere solo l'ultimo giorno ma che si è rivelato squisito, e per Alessandra, che ci ha accolti all'arrivo. ##### Felice I.
