### Holiday Residence Sea Villas, Stintino

Sea Villas is a villa complex on a hill with breathtaking views of the sea in Punta su Torrione, just a few kilometers from Stintino. The residence consists of numerous units, some with a shared pool, others with a pool for exclusive use, and others without a pool. You live in accommodation without a pool. The villas can be semi-detached, multi-family or terraced houses. They are furnished in a rustic style and are located in different parts of the complex in a well-kept natural environment. Inside the apartment you will find a parasol that you can take to the beach with you Just a few kilometers away, off the northwest tip of Sardinia, lies the island of Asinara (national park). This is what your residence offers: - Reception, WiFi only in the reception area -The tourism tax is to be paid in cash on site Each apartment has a balcony or garden area. Air conditioning in the living room, sometimes also in the bedroom. Mobility: Not suitable for people with reduced mobility You can rent an American coffee machine for EUR 2.00 per day -Transfer from Alghero airport EUR 95.00 for 1/3 people; EUR 110.00 for 4/8 people; from Porto Torres EUR 70.00 for 1-3 people per car, EUR 80 per car for 4-8 people. From 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. surcharge of 30%  
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Only small dogs allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height). not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Without pool use.
