Located near the beach, restaurants, and a grocery store, it's the perfect getaway! The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The other renters sat outside right next to the fence the majority of the time and talked nonstop. We were maybe one minute from the beach and it’s a quiet block. We were also about a one minute drive from the tiny town of Stinson Beach. The house is very dog friendly with a charming enclosed back deck and yard. The bathroom and kitchen are modern and the rest of the house is informal with a very comfortable bedroom. The pull-out bed in the living room needs to be upgraded. If the evenings/nights are chilly there is only 1 space heater so use accordingly. The sofa bed is lumpy but serviceable. The TV is in the bedroom and we could not get it to work. The owner offered suggestions but they did not work. The cottage has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The back deck needs a little repair.
