the only complaint is that we stayed for two nights and housekeeping did not come bring fresh coffee or tidy up our room. I understand that the good cleaning is when we check out but for the money I am spending I EXPECT for them to come tidy up and bring more coffee and bring fresh towels.

It was great! Came for the Mid South and they were so accommodating, setting up early check in so our child could take a nap and offering early breakfast for the riders on the day of the race!

Will not stay here again
I requested new towels, coffee, coffee cups, beds made and a TV to be looked at because I couldn't hear it with volume on max. Returned back late after long day of moving my son, had to walk 3 flights of stairs because elevator was out (happens) to find only new towels and nothing else. Still couldn't hear the TV. Mentioned issues again on my way out for the day to return after another long day to once again find only new towels, no coffee, no cups and beds not made. Next morning, again mentioned issues to younger black girl who very quickly threw me to the manager. The manager was an older white woman with long gray hair (didn't get names) who blamed the elevator (broken only 1 day) and got very aggressive with me immediately. Talked down to me, no customer service, even my son was offended with the way she talked to me. Younger lady said she would have moved my room because of the TV but I didn't return to the hotel during her shift. Said they hadn't received any other complaints, so it must have been me. Couldn't the atv be switched out, why would I need to move rooms and why couldn't she call me, the hotel had my number. I told the manager I wouldn't stay here again, not because of the issues but because of her attitude towards me as a customer. She said OK, she clearly could not care.

The maintenance working was smoking a half lit cigarrete while walking around the lobby and the entire staff was smoking right outside the front door so the entire lobby and down stairs just smelled like smoke. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was solid. The staff was nice and help, just not very proffessional.

We stayed for OSU Parents Weekend. Upon arrival, we were told they could not provide an extra pillow. In our room, the pillowcases had obvious stains on them, along with stains on the sheets and duvet. The shower had several long hairs in it. All of the washcloths were extensively stained. We requested extra towels on the 2nd day and once I unfolded them, they also contained long hairs. The town was sold out so we had no option but to stay. We will not be returning.

Property is just Ok. Our room was mostly the problem, it was humid and sticky and AC said 60 but it was more like 79. Blinds didn’t work which were electronic so they were permanently down. Made the room dark. We had a sleeper sofa that was broken when we pulled it out and laid down we fell to the floor and no sheets provided. The amenities were good and the breakfast was fine. I Guess this is what you get in Stillwater small town. I would choose another place with better more comfortable rooms

When we first walked into the hotel, it smelled of weed so bad. When the desk person came from the pool area, she was wearing a weed shirt which made sense. I just thought it was ironic that they were smoking by the pool and there was a no smoking sign. The room was ok. Nothing special and dated. I will say that when we went down in the morning, the smell was gone and the staff incredibly friendly!

Very nice and accomodating people there. Only complaint i have is the bed was super firm , although not uncomfortable.
