Located 1/4 mile from Evergreen marina. In the summer months the Dam Bar has karaoke on the weekends. Winery in the neighborhood. The house sleep 9. You can relax on the patio while the kids play cornhole or swim. Take advantage of the charcoal grill for dinner. Clearest water on Eufaula. Fish or ride your ATV at the Dam. Pets under 40 pounds welcome but must be on leash. We took our four grandchildren for a 5 night stay. The boat dock was our main hangout & the kids swam on the sandy beach. Saturday was busy with boat traffic but the kids enjoyed the waves. We do not have a boat but this would be a perfect spot to dock. Your trailer will have to be parked at the nearby Marina, but the boat could be docked your entire stay.
