The kitchen has 20mm Essa Stone benchtops, gloss vinyl doors, glass splashback and walk in Pantry. With its 104 litre Pyrolitic oven, cook top, dishwasher and rangehood, this kitchen is waiting for the Master Chef in your family to cook up a feast. The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge is the hub of this home, with solid Tas Oak flooring, quality Smartstrand carpet and stunning views of Georges Bay, the Barway and ocean, from both living areas and 3 of the 5 bedrooms. The lounge leads to the upstairs deck for outdoor entertaining and to soak up the sun and views. Two of the 5 large bedrooms and one bathroom are located upstairs. Downstairs consist of the other 3 bedrooms, all with built in robes, a second bathroom and an extra handy living area and a downstairs covered deck. This home has 2 heat pumps and 2 split system units to heat/cool both levels, and has been built for all day winter sun, with quality inclusions throughout the home. There is also a third extra bathroom located at the back of the house. Both upstairs and downstairs have been recently renovated and styled under the guidance of an interior designer. Set on a large 1220m2 block, the property boasts a remote controlled gate, polished aggregate formed driveway, and plenty of room for the kids to play or to manoeuvre a boat or caravan. The garden has been professionally landscaped and is a stunning location to have a wine or beer and enjoy the tranquillity of the area. We were traveling with a group of 8 and was trying to find a house that was equipped enough to easily self cater whilst we were there. Not only was there a well stocked kitchen but also the house was really spacious and had great views of the water. The owners were easy to communicate with and even when there was a little hiccup at check-in it was quickly rectified by the owners with a simple call. St Helens is just a short drive away with everything you would need. Property allowed for space for the 7 of us or to all be together if we wanted. Fire Pit outside was a nice added bonus. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances and utensils, everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Property was very well presented while it still felt like home.
