"I love the location, the beach, and pool at this house. It had beautiful decor and comfortable bedding. This is one of the newer homes on Exuma. I have stayed at several and this one was my favorite so far. Great for large families and all the spaces are very accommodating for many guests. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Exuma Point very much. The Peach Sea View room was wonderful. It was precisely as described. It is not a luxurious resort, but wifi and A/C were fully reliable. We were disappointed that the on-site restaurant was never open during our stay though. The close proximity to Exuma Flats will likely bring us back again."

We’ve been to Exuma before and this was our favorite home!The location was perfect and close to the airport and where we wanted to be for all the excursions as well as restaurants and shopping. The Villa was fantastically appointed and had everything we needed and beyond. The beach, the pool, the grill area and the views were all perfect.We hope to visit again soon!"

BOOK IT NOW!!!The photos do not really do it justice, it is so comfortable and clean The lawn and yard down to the beach and boat slip are beautiful and very well kept. The southern views are some of the most beautiful views on the island with the added bonus of being the ideal place for both beautiful sunrise for the early risers and perfect sunsets ever evening. The two bedrooms was perfect for the two of us and we felt right at home the instant we walked in. The washer/ dryer makes your travel so much easier. Everything you need to bring can easily fit into one small bag (leave your socks at home). Spotless upon arrival and the beds were very comfortable. The owners and caretaker/manager were very quick to respond to any questions or issue that came up. We booked it for two weeks and wished we could have stayed longer. We will surely be back."

Reliable and prompt communication on questions and services - early check in etc. The home is also in a perfect location for both northern and southern beach experiences.
