Do not stand or sit on the hot tub cover. Do not enter if the temperature exceeds 104°F. No glass in or near the hot tub. No jumping, diving, or pets in the hot tub. Limit time to 15 minutes; take breaks to avoid overheating. Consult a physician before use if pregnant, elderly, or with medical conditions. No children under 12 years old should use the hot tub. Children must be supervised at all times. Pool Rules No lifeguard on duty – Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No running, pushing, or rough play. No diving or jumping into the pool. No glass containers – Use plastic or shatterproof alternatives. Pool hours: 8 AM to 10 PM. Proper swimwear required – No cut-offs, jeans, or street clothes. No pets allowed in the pool area. Keep the pool area clean. No excessive noise or loud music. Maximum occupancy is limited to the allowed number of guests (8). In case of emergency, call 911 and notify the property manager. Additional Rules Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush feminine hygiene products, paper towels, wipes, or other materials. No video productions without written consent from the property owner. Adult and teens enjoyed spaces together but also had their own spaces in the basement with their own living room, air hockey, ping pong and fireball…plus the bunk room. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and pickleball in the garage. The location was a few blocks from a scenic overlook of the lake and just a short drive to the nearest convenience and grocery stores. The house was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and had tons of awesome amenities. The back yard and basement were true highlights for us. The weather did not permit us to use the pool or hot tub but when we book another visit we’ll be sure to keep those high on the list. The back yard included a wonderful fire pit where we were able to gather and make fantastic memories. The basement was a wonderful indoor spot to for us to hang out, play games and chat.
