Rate rate was very affordable in the off season. Desk person was friendly, and accommodating since the online system has gotten some of the details of reservation incorrect. Breakfast was good, breakfast staff was very friendly and informative.

There were used condoms in the night stand drawer that they refused to clean after asking multiple times to clean. Checking out, told manager again that it was still there and the head of the cleaning department stated that it was cleaned so had to take them both bake to the room to show them that it was still there. Staff is not properly trained, lots of OSHA violations, and the building is very run down and dirty. Also, was given blood stained sheets.

Cheap place for last minute stays.
All we needed was a bed after a long driving day. We booked this hotel quickly because of where we had stopped and it was Cheap. Bed sheets were clean and the bathroom was clean. Front desk person was nice. The whole hotel is in rough shape. Surprised that Baymont would put their name on this place. Ok if you really need a bed for the night. We got in at 9 at night and left first thing in the morning. Would not want to linger longer. There is some food for breakfast.

This hotel is very dated and in desperate need of a remodel. My room was clean and everything worked. The mattress and pillows were not comfortable and the sheets were rough. Decent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The hot tub water seemed clean but there was a residue on the hot tub tile.

This is a property that should be closed. The rooms are terrible, staff has bad attitudes and the breakfast was practically non existent. It would not take much effort to turn this reality around but it it clear that have given up completely

When I walked in to check in I waited until the person came out. He then walked to the window and said nothing. I have to say my last name. He proceded to do my paperwork without speaking then gave me a paper and said "fill out the car information". I gave that to my husband to fill out and in the meantine no voice from him. I had out my drivers ilcense and credit card and he did not ask for it, He gave me my paper copy and key and said nothing. I asked if manager on duty and he said no. I said I guess I will have to find my room on my own. I could see it was right on the right wall but he did not say nothing. Gave me a bad taste. Did not want breakfast and left early next day. Last visit to here.

The Baymont is maybe an older property that needs a bit of a makeover but it’s very clean and the staff is super nice. The person that takes care of the breakfast area makes sure breakfast is available during breakfast time (restocking) and keeps the tables and surroundings clean all the time. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I can really recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival the room had an odor. I immediately used lysol and airred out the room. The sink wouldn't drain. The floors needed a good cleaning. I bought drain cleaner and was able to get the drain unclogged. The staff is super nice. The prior people who stayed must of used the sink as a kitchen no fault on the hotel. Overall we had a wonderful stay with a great breakfast. I just wish my bathroom was cleaner and all the floors cleaner.
