Sheltered and secluded, it sits invitingly by the forest and sea, yet is conveniently a mere 5 minutes by car from the lively municipality of Stenungsund. Inside this cozy abode, spanning approximately 55 square meters on one level, comfort and modernity blend seamlessly. The house boasts two beautifully designed rooms, both equipped with floor heating and air-conditioning units for year-round comfort. The bedroom, featuring a double bed that can be split into singles, promises restful nights. The larger living area offers another convertible double bed, a welcoming sofa group, and a foldable dining table, all complemented by solid mirror wardrobes.
